After undergoing in-depth training, Plymouth Fire Protection has been awarded the prestigious Aico Fire Products Trained Installer Scheme Membership.
We selected three Engineers to attend the Course who all successfully passed. As well as the three Engineers
gaining individual qualification certificates, Plymouth Fire Protection, was also awarded Company Scheme Membership.
"The Company has grown from strength to strength over the previous 10 years. We are investing large amounts to be at the forefront of the Fire Protection Systems Installation and Servicing market.
We see this training as a necessity to help us to both continue to grow and carryout our tasking properly in accordance with the British Standards and the Manufacturers recommendations.
It is all too
common for Companies to install Fire Protection Systems without putting into place follow up servicing in accordance with BS 5839
Part 6 2004. Correct design, installation and servicing is paramount to maintaining operational system effiencey as well as making
sure all components reach maximum life expectancy. We believe that by Plymouth Fire Protection gaining Aico Trained Installers
status we have placed ourselves as a forerunner within the Grade D Design, Installation and Servicing market using only qualified
Engineers to carry out these type of works".
Plymouth Fire Protection, working in partnership with Aico, their products and Technical Support Department will continue to design,
install and service Grade D Systems to the highest of standards. Working with the private homeowner for a single installation right
through to multiple installations for Local Authorities and Housing Associations.
