AUTOMATIC OPENING VENTILATION SYSTEMS

Your System is in Safe Hands

A Smoke Ventilation System only protects people and property when it’s in full working order. Keeping your system in operational condition is vital and one of your legal obligations under “The Regulatory Reform Order (Fire Safety) 2005” if you’re responsible for a building.
With expert servicing from PLYMOUTH FIRE PROTECTION, the maintenance of your system is in safe hands and your legal compliance is assured.

MAINTENANCE

Your building's occupants' safety relies on your regular maintenance of the Automatic Opening Ventilation (A.O.V) System. Systems should be serviced and maintained to conform with BS7346, BS9999, BS9991, EN12101 and current Building Regulations Approved Document B. It is recommended that an A.O.V. System is regularly serviced and maintained by specialised personnel on a regular basis.
PLYMOUTH FIRE PROTECTION Maintenance Division provides tailored maintenance schedules to give peace of mind to the buildings owners and occupiers with all preventative maintenance completed to BS7346 and BS9999.
